We’re into five minutes of added time now and Genk are throwing bodies forward as Mallo becomes the fourth player to be shown a yellow card after bringing down Uronen.
90' +1
F. Roncaglia enters the game and replaces C. Beauvue.
Another change for Celta and Beauvue, who only came onto the field as a first half substitute, is now replaced by Sebastián Roncaglia.
90'
Jonny gets yellow.
After 86 minutes without a yellow card there have now been three in almost as many minutes as Jonny becomes the latest player to be booked for a foul on Boetius.
88'
P. Hernández gets yellow.
Having been caught up in the middle of the crowd, Hernandez is also shown a yellow card for preventing Dewaest from getting to the ball initially.
87'
S. Dewaest gets yellow.
Things are just getting a little scrappy now and tempers are boiling over in the technical area as members of the coaching staff from both sides crowd round each other following a push by Dewaest on Hernandez off the pitch, and the Genk player has been shown a yellow card for the push.
85'
Sisto draws another foul inside his own half, this time from Dewaest, which draws more loud boos from the home fans who felt as though the Celta winger was looking for that.
83'
Dewaest is essentially playing as a centre-forward and Genk look as though they’re going to look to get plenty of high balls into the middle, but they will have to wait for that opportunity as Celta are awarded a free-kick deep inside their own half following a needless push on Sisto by Castagne.
81'
S. Dewaest enters the game and replaces J. Brabec.
A final roll of the dice for Genk now as they desperately search for another goal with Sébastien Dewaest replacing Brabec. Dewaest will certainly offer more of a physical threat for Genk.
80'
Jozabed enters the game and replaces D. Wass.
Celta are making their second change now as Wass trudges off to be replaced by Jozabed.
78'
Boetius has looked lively since coming on for Genk and he creates half a yard of space for himself 25 yards out and goes for goal, but he can only fire his well-struck effort straight at Alvarez in the Celta goal who holds on with relative ease.
Minute
Description
76'
Trossard is still causing problems for Celta as he twice skips away from Aspas before playing a long ball out towards the right-hand side, but it’s intercepted and Sisto can bring it away into the Genk half, although he has very little support and ends up giving the ball straight back to Genk.
74'
Aspas plays a long ball forward which was intended for Sisto to chase but it’s a bit rushed and ends up running straight through to Ryan. The Spanish side just look a little rattled at the minute and they need to try and lower the tempo in this game.
72'
J. Boëtius enters the game and replaces R. Malinovskyi.
S. Schrijvers enters the game and replaces T. Buffel.
It’s going to be a double change in fact for the home side, with Siebe Schrijvers also coming on to replace Buffel.
A first change for Genk now as they go in search of this second goal as Malinovskiy goes off to be replaced by Jean-Paul Boëtius.
71'
The atmosphere has completely changed inside the stadium now as Buffel charges forward down the right-hand side and wins a corner off Jonny. Malinovskiy then swings the corner in, but the delivery isn’t the best and Sisto is able to head it clear at the near post.
69'
The home fans are leaping up and down in the stands now following that goal. They really do believe their side can get the second goal that would be enough to see them through to the semi-finals.
67'
L. Trossard has scored a goal for Genk!
GOOOOOOOAAAALLLLLLLL!!!! Genk need to score twice and they’ve got one of them!! Cabral gives the ball away cheaply straight to Trossard just outside the penalty area, and the winger, who’s been Genk’s best player on the pitch so far, keeps his cool to surge forward and slot the ball across Alvarez and into the corner from 15 yards out.
65'
Buffel was absolutely furious with the official behind the goal for not awarding him a penalty just moments before that goal, but there didn’t appear to be too much contact, and Genk now face an uphill battle now as they must score at least twice.
63'
P. Sisto has scored a goal for Celta Vigo!
GOOOOAAAAAALLLLL!!!!! Sisto fires Celta ahead on the night!! Colley is back on the pitch but he can do nothing to prevent Celta taking the lead as Sisto picks up the loose ball in midfield before driving towards the Genk penalty area and firing a fierce right-footed effort high past Ryan from 22 yards out.
61'
Genk are temporarily down to 10 men as Colley is off the field receiving some treatment following a clash with Beauvue close to halfway.
59'
Another half-chance for Genk as Samatta is allowed to bring the ball down on his chest seven yards out from goal at the back post, but the ball just won’t sit down for him to shoot and by the time he does get a shot away, Fontas has recovered to get a good block in and prevent Alvarez being called into action.
58'
Trossard produces another wonderful piece of skill to skip away from Mallo 25 yards out from goal and he looks as though he’s getting into a good position to shoot, but Hernandez sticks a toe in and diverts the ball away.
56'
Aspas controls the ball well under pressure from Berge before spreading the ball wide to Sisto on the left once more. Genk are back in numbers to prevent the winger getting a cross in on this occasion but this game is certainly starting to become a little more open.
54'
Malinovskiy plays a lovely one-two with Pozuelo on the edge of the Celta penalty area and gets into a good position to cross on the left-hand corner of the area, but his cross is a poor one and goes straight out of play for a goal kick, much to the frustration of Samatta who throws his arms in the air in the middle.
51'
Save!! Another chance at the other end now as Aspas slips a neat ball in behind the Genk defence which Beauvue gets on the end of inside the right-hand edge of the penalty area, but Ryan comes quickly off his line to narrow the angle and stays big to make a good save.
49'
The game is pretty open at the start of this second half with Genk going close now as Trossard cuts inside Mallo and onto his right foot before attempting to curl a low effort towards the far corner from 20 yards out, but he doesn’t get enough bend on the ball and it goes wide of Alvarez’s goal.
48'
Celta work the ball out to the left-hand side once again as Jonnny shows clever footwork to skip away from a couple of challenges before spreading the ball out to Sisto who crosses towards Beauvue, but the striker can’t quite get to the ball to get an effort on goal before it's cleared away.
46'
Kick-off! Referee Willie Collum blows his whistle and Celta get the second half underway.
45' +1
We’re into two minutes of added time at the end of the first half as Aspas cuts inside onto his favoured left foot and goes for goal from 22 yards out, but he drags the shot comfortably wide of Ryan’s goal.
44'
Save! Beauvue comes close to scoring with his first touch as he turns the ball towards goal from 12 yards out with an acrobatic effort from a Mallo cross from the right-hand side, but Ryan reacts quickly to get down to his left and palm the ball away.
42'
C. Beauvue enters the game and replaces J. Guidetti.
Guidetti isn’t going to be able to continue having gone down a few moments ago and Claudio Beauvue comes on in his place.
41'
Close!! Another half-chance for Genk as Pozuelo pulls the ball back into a dangerous area from the left-hand edge of the penalty box, but Buffel is on the stretch as he tries to turn the ball towards goal and can only turn it wide of the near post from eight yards out.
39'
The home fans have suddenly come to life in the last couple of minutes as Ryan comes a long way off his line to punch a Daniel Wass free-kick clear. They’re just starting to get behind their team though when Guidetti goes to ground inside the Genk half, causing the cheers to turn to yet more boos.
37'
Alvarez takes an age to gather the ball and place it on the edge of his six yard box for a goal kick which draws loud boos from the home fans.
35'
Andreu Fontas tries an extraordinary scooped pass to Jonny on the edge of his own penalty area despite being under pressure from several Genk players. Celta escape as Berge passes the ball behind Castagne and straight out of play having won the ball back, but Eduardo Berizzo won’t be too happy with his defenders attempting that sort of thing.
33'
Nearly another terrible mix-up at the back for Genk as Guidetti chases a long ball forward and Ryan comes flying out of his goal, but Colley gets to the ball ahead of both of them and takes it away from his goalkeeper, but he then keeps his cool and plays the ball across to a teammate to relieve the pressure.
31'
Celta once again look to get Sisto in behind Castagne down the left-hand touchline, but this time the linesman’s flag goes up for offside against the winger. He’s certainly caused the home side one or two problems already though.
29'
Trossard is looking as dangerous as anyone in a Genk shirt at the moment, this time cutting inside onto his right foot and swinging a dangerous cross in towards Buffel at the back post from the left-hand side, but Jonny just gets the top of his head to ball to flick it away from the Genk captain and prevent him having a free header on goal from six yards out.
27'
Gustavo Cabral picks up the ball 35 yards out from goal and decides to go for goal himself, but he doesn’t catch the effort too sweetly and Ryan watches it go harmlessly wide of his left-hand post.
25'
Sisto gets on the ball once again down the left-hand side and gets away from Timoty Castagne to drive a low cross in towards the middle, but Sander Berge is well positioned at the near post and cuts out the danger.
23'
A half-chance for Genk as the ball falls to Colley at the back post from the resultant corner, but the centre-back can only loop his volley over the bar from 12 yards out. There were a lot of bodies between him and the goal so attempting to get it up and over the defenders was his only real option.
22'
Malinovskiy gets the ball wide to Jere Uronen who’s made a good overlapping run but Aspas has tracked his man well and blocks the cross, although there are one or two call for handball but there didn’t appear to be too much in it.
20'
Celta are getting the ball out to the left-hand side as often as possible in these early stages with Jonny getting forward to support Sisto and Pablo Hernandez. Genk are looking fairly well organised at the back though at the minute.
18'
Celta work the ball really well out of the corner through Jonny and Sisto before eventually spreading the ball wide to John Guidetti on the right-hand side. The Swedish striker holds the ball up well with very little support, but having got the ball back into Sisto’s feet just outside the penalty box, the attack breaks down as the winger is well tackled by Brabec.
16'
Close! Pione Sisto cuts inside onto his right foot and goes for goal from 25 yards out after a terrible mix up at the back for Genk, but his effort goes narrowly wide of the right-hand post with Ryan well beaten.
14'
Trossard shows good quick feet before laying the ball off to Omar Colley behind him who swings in a deep cross towards Samatta in the middle, but Sergio Alves collects the ball comfortably above his head before being pushed to ground by the Genk striker, earning his side a pretty soft free-kick.
11'
Celta have just started to settle into this game now after a slightly frantic opening. A 0-0 draw would of course be enough to see them through but the way this game has started it would be a surprise if it does finish goalless.
9'
CLOSE!!! Iago Aspas wins a free-kick on the right-hand edge of the Genk penalty box having been brought down by Jakub Brabec. The Spanish striker then picks himself up to take the free-kick and drills a low ball along the top of the six yard box, but it bounces off the legs of Thomas Buffel and rolls inches wide of his own goal.
7'
The home fans are making plenty of noise already inside the stadium and they’re certainly not going to make this easy for Celta.
5'
Close!! The first half-chance of the game falls to Genk as Leandro Trossard turns away from Mallo on the left-hand side before standing a cross up towards Mbwana Samatta at the back post, but the striker can only guide his header just over the bar from seven yards out.
4'
Celta win two throw-ins in quick succession close to the right-hand corner flag and Mallo launches them both towards goal, but Matthew Ryan comes off his line and gets a good punch to the first one before his defenders clear the second.
2'
Genk have made a pretty bright start to this game as Ruslan Malinovskiy gets into a good position down the left-hand edge of the Celta penalty area, but he slips as he looks to cross the ball into the middle and knocks it straight out for a goal kick.
1'
Kick-off! Genk get the game underway.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Europa League quarter-final second leg tie between Genk and Celta Vigo at the Cristal Arena.
The tie is finely poised following the first leg, with Celta holding a narrow advantage following a 3-2 win in Spain, but Genk will still feel as though they’re in with a good chance of progressing to the semi-finals having scored two crucial away goals.
Genk are also unbeaten at home in Europe this season, having won seven and drawn one of their eight games so far, conceding just two goals in the process.
They face a Celta side who have won their last three European away fixtures by a 2-0 scoreline, although they have been far from convincing in the tournament so far, qualifying second in Group G despite winning just two games, before requiring extra time to see of Shakhtar Donetsk in the last 32.
They do though come into the game on the back of a convincing 3-0 win over Granada in La Liga, despite resting John Guidetti and Iago Aspas, who both scored in the first leg.
Genk have made just one change to the side that started the first leg, with Thomas Buffel coming into the side to replace Jean-Paul Boetius. Celta meanwhile are unchanged.
The two sides had never met each other in European competition before the first leg, and both are aiming to reach their first ever major European semi-final.
The players are making their way out onto the pitch, led by referee Willie Collum. Kick-off is not far away now.
Half-time: Genk 0-0 Celta Vigo
No goals so far but both sides have had chances to open the scoring, with Samatta heading narrowly over the bar early on for Genk, before Beauvue was denied by a smart save from Ryan just moments after coming off the bench to replace the injured Guidetti for Celta.
Genk manager Albert Stuivenberg won’t be too displeased, knowing that one goal without conceding would be enough to see his side through, but he will be eager for his side to get the ball out to Trossard more often in the second half, with the winger having looked the most dangerous Genk player so far. Celta meanwhile will know that a single goal would leave Genk needing to score at least twice, and they too will be wanting to get the ball out to the left-had side, where Jonny and Sisto have looked a threat.
Full-time: Genk 1-1 Celta Vigo
Celta Vigo are into their first ever major European semi-final following a 1-1 draw on the night with Genk, a result which is enough to see them through 4-3 on aggregate. Celta took the lead midway through the second half through Sisto’s solo effort, and although Leandro Trossard equalised soon afterwards, the Belgian side were unable to get a second goal which would have sent them through. That’s all from us for tonight, thanks for joining us and we hope you can join us again soon.
