FOUR minutes of added time have been allocated by the referee. Barcelona don't have to wait too much long before sprinting back to the plane to Spain as quickly as possible.
90' +1
Even though Rabiot has been brilliant tonight, he has been walking the discplinary tightrope all night long after being booked so early. He takes out Neymar here and the Barca players are demanding the second yellow card be shown, but the referee waves away the protests quickly.
89'
The Barca players almost don't know how to carry themselves at the moment. They are in a position like this so rarely that you can actually see the shock in all of their faces at the prospect of being eliminated from the Champions League so early, even with the second leg to come! Incredible.
87'
Enrique's charges are playing ever-so-slightly better now, with the passing and intensity being cranked up a notch. However, it goes without saying that it is all far too little coming far too late.
86'
J. Pastore enters the game and replaces J. Draxler.
The brilliant Draxler makes way now, with Javier Pastore given a short run out.
84'
BARCELONA HIT THE POST! From a corner-kick down the left wing, Pique rises high at the back to recycle the ball back into the danger area. Umtiti, returning of course to the country he used to play in, gets on the end of it but only manages to crash an attempt off the inside of the post! How did he manage to miss that?!
82'
Rabiot has just been superb in the centre of midfield tonight. Every aspect of his game has been excellent from putting in tackles, to passing, to taking on the opposition midfield with penetrating runs. Barca have not been able to handle him.
80'
The Blaugrana finally manage to put together a nice string of passes in the final third after the break. The front three are all involved as a rarity and it is Neymar who is tasked with the resulting strike on goal, but the Brazilian sees his sliced attempt go just beyond the right-hand post with Trapp not seeming particularly perturbed between the sticks.
78'
Barca are reverting back to what they know best, and that is the short, simple passes in the middle of the pitch. However, due to the scoreline you would feel like they would, at the very least, have to gain an away goal at the Parc des Princes to have a chance of going through. That does NOT seem likely.
76'
With Barca now flooding men forward, PSG are going to have huge opportunities to cause more problems on the counter. On this occasion, the home side are electric with their move into the final third and it is Draxler, typically, who leads the charge, but Barca defend well on the edge of their own box.

Description
74'
Rafinha gets yellow.
Rafinha sees yellow now, and it is actually very harsh on the substitute as he barely clips the heels of Nkunku in the middle of the pitch. The very last thing Barcelona need now is for someone to get sent off and for PSG to have the man advantage!
73'
I. Rakitić enters the game and replaces Andrés Iniesta.
Unfortunately for Rakitic, his reputation will now be blotched by this mess as he comes on for the last portion of the game to replace Iniesta.
71'
E. Cavani has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by T. Meunier.
A cracking assist from Meunier, but he did it without anyone attempting to make a tackle!
GOOOOOAAAALLLL! GOOOAAALLLL FOR PSG! Cavani gets in on the act! Meunier, rather remarkably, goes through a huge chunk of the midfield COMPLETELY unopposed by any Barca player and eventually slips through for the former Napoli man, who lashes an emphatic finish into Ter Stegen's near post! FOUR-NIL!
70'
C. Nkunku enters the game and replaces M. Verratti.
Twenty minutes to go in the French capital and the onslaught we were all expecting from Barcelona following the break simply has not came. Indeed, PSG look the more likely side to go on and grab more goals which could potentially take this tie beyond the Catalan side.
68'
Christopher Nkunku is Verratti's replacement in the centre of midfield.
67'
The PSG fans take in a massive sigh of relief as Verratti goes down just outside the centre circle clutching the side of his knee after an altercation with Messi. It does appear as if the Italian simply has a bit of cramp, but it may be something a bit more sinister which would be a huge blow to PSG. Luckily, he walks off the pitch.
65'
VITAL tackle from Alba! Draxler causes more problems again as he shifts possession on to his left foot down the touchline before firing a low cross into the area. Moura meets it and looks poised to pick out a strike to the bottom corner, but the Barca left-back bravely comes in to make the interception.
63'
This had been a quite startlingly bad performance from Barcelona, the likes of which we haven't seen in the knockout stage of the Champions League for many a year. The defence aren't defending, the midfield aren't creating or protecting, and the front three have barely linked up for three passes tonight. Worrying.
62'
Sergio Busquets gets yellow.
The frustration starts to creep in for Barca as Busquets goes into the book for a late tackle now.
61'
Lucas Moura enters the game and replaces Á. Di María.
First substitution of the match from Emery and curiously, it is Di Maria who is the man coming off to be replaced by Lucas Moura. The Argentine has been quite fantastic tonight, so there surely must be some kind of knock suffered or perhaps an agreement with the manager that he will only last an hour due to a fitness issue. Who knows.
59'
The next part of bad news for Barcelona is that there is still 30 minutes to go in this game and PSG look like they are going to score basically each time they venture forward into the final third. Have we ever seen Messi, Suarez. and Neymar play so collectively bad in the same match before?!
58'
Rafinha enters the game and replaces André Gomes.
57'
Luis Enrique wastes little time in reacting to that vital third goal as he makes his opening change. The very poor Andre Gomes comes off and he will be replaced by Rafinha.
55'
Á. Di María has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by L. Kurzawa.
GOOOOAAAALLLL! GOOOAAALLL FOR PSG! This is turning into a real demolition for Barca! Kurzawa makes a galloping run down the left wing and then cuts inside before finding the feet of his team-mate. Di Maria easily cuts in past the tackle of Alba before curling a superb strike high into the top left corner! Three-nil!
Great work from Kurzawa for the assist.
54'
Neymar, who is probably the only Barcelona player causing PSG problems at the moment with his runs from the left wing, is left hugely frustrated on this occasion as the ball cannons off his foot to go behind for a goal-kick. He was looking for the corner-kick himself, but the referee made the correct decision.
52'
With Thiago Silva currently out injured, Kimpembe had been drafted in for his first ever Champions League start, and the young defender has been hugely impressive against what is the most attacking front three in the world in Messi, Suarez, and Neymar. Let's hope the commentator's curse doesn't strike!
50'
So far, the second period has followed the same formula as the first with PSG continually flooding men forward for more goals. The Ligue 1 champions are clearly trying to blitz Barcelona with as many attacks and potential goals as possible in this first leg before making their way to Camp Nou in a few weeks.
48'
Di Maria pops a lovely diagonal ball down the right wing for the overlapping Meunier who dashes forward before lobbing a pass into the feet of Cavani. The Uruguayan attempts to return the favour to the right-back with a return ball into the penalty area, but Umtiti defends well this time to make the tackle.
46'
We are back under way in the Parc des Princes!
44'
Draxler is having tremendous fun out there at the moment and seems to have Sergi Roberto on toast each and every time he receives the ball on this left wing. A stepover here and there and the German is basically beyond is marker dangerously towards the byline!
42'
What has happened to Barcelona so far tonight? Normally even when the Catalan side aren't playing well you can at least count on them to keep the ball, but their passing has been rotten at times in the game!
40'
J. Draxler has scored a goal for PSG! Assist by M. Verratti.
GOOOOOAAAALLLLL FOR PSG! The home side double the lead! Messi is robbed of possession by Rabiot far too easily in the middle of the pitch and this allows Verratti to burst forward unopposed before releasing Draxler to the right of the box. The German makes no mistake with the finish and smashes a strike across the keeper into the corner! Two-nil.
Outstanding work from Verratti for the assist.
38'
Barca are really struggling to deal with the pace and direct running of Di Maria and Draxler so far. Sergi Roberto and Alba's biggest talents certainly lie going forward, and the PSG duo are taking advantage of the defensive frailties.
36'
A decent period of sustained possession from Barcelona at the moment as they look to force PSG into committing an error at the back. However, even though the visitors' command of the ball is decent, the front three are still not being awarded any room at all by the opposition defence.
34'
ANOTHER STOP FROM TER STEGEN! Moments after taking a nasty foul from Gomes, Draxler shows what he can do with a twisting and turning run down the left channel, leaving Sergi Roberto for dead as he goes. The shot is eventually squeezed out towards the near corner, but the Barca goalkeeper reads the situation well to stick out a strong hand.
33'
André Gomes gets yellow.
32'
The latest booking comes for Barcelona now, and it is a very nasty tackle from Gomes which earns him a yellow as he leaves the studs right on the top of Draxler's foot. A sore one for the German to take, but he'll be okay.
30'
This really has been a cracking match so far, and normally in first-leg encounters in the Champions League teams are fairly pragmatic. However, tonight has seen both sides try and build some meaningful attacks, even if PSG are massively outperforming Barca in that department at the moment.
28'
SAVE FROM TRAPP! Barcelona put together their first decent attack of the match and Neymar is the architect as he eats up the space with a cracking run on the left channel. Messi eventually receives the ball before threading a lovely pass into the box for Gomes, but the Portuguese displays a lack of composure as he hits a strike straight at the oncoming goalkeeper.
26'
Meunier gets involved in an attacking capacity this time as he cleverly jinks inside the tackles of Neymar and Alba before sending another, low cross into the box. Cavani lurks around looking for any loose balls, but on this occasion the Barca defence defend well and clear with a few passes forward.
24'
We are just beyond the midway point of the first half now and Barcelona are still to get going with their usual, patient passing game. Yes, the ball is being popped around, but it is coming with an uncharacteristic lack of movement from Neymar, Suarez, and Messi up top. Really not like that attacking trio!
22'
We get our first meaningful glimpse of Messi as the talented Argentine skips past a couple of challenges on the edge of the area before squaring a pass wide to Gomes. The former Valencia man attempts to bulldoze his way through the middle of the defence, and very nearly manages to do so, only for Draxler to clear just before the shot is made.
20'
Some slightly worrying scenes for Barcelona here as Neymar has not looked comfortable at all for five minutes or so. He previously went down clutching his foot only to get up and tie his boot laces, but at the moment he is receiving treatment from the physio. It would be a blow to lose him, but let's see if he can soldier on.
18'
Á. Di María has scored a goal for PSG!
GOOOOOAAAALLLLL FOR PSG! The hosts take the lead! From the Umtiti foul, Di Maria steps up to hit the subsequent set-piece and curls a beauty of a strike into the top right corner! Outstanding! One-nil.
17'
Di Maria has been everywhere in this first half and pops up this time down the right-hand side. He typically cuts inside on his left foot before flashing a pass into the feet of Draxler, but before the German can turn to make his way into the box he is needlessly scythed down by Umtiti, who unsuccessfully protests his innocence. Free-kick to the hosts.
15'
Neymar collects the ball down the left wing this time as he hugs the touchline. The Brazilian then leaves Meunier for dead with a scintillating bit of pace before cutting inside on his right foot, only to find that PSG have recovered well at the back, meaning the passing opportunities are limited.
13'
Barca really need to sort themselves out here as at the moment they are contributing to their own downfall with lackadaisical play at the back. As we all know, they will relentlessly stay to their formula of passing out of defence, but it really is inviting PSG to press as high as possible.
11'
SAAAAAVE FROM TER STEGEN! Rabiot glides through the middle with ease and opens up his considerable stride before releasing a perfect cross into the box for Matuidi. The PSG captain for the night drives forward and manages to get the strike away despite the attentions of Umtiti, but the Barca stopper pulls out a cracking stop with his right hand! That looked a certain goal.
9'
An impressive opening to proceedings from PSG who have clearly been instructed by Unai Emery to take the game to Barca with a high-tempo in the early stages. Ter Stegen in particular is being put under constant pressing from the frontline of the hosts, and doesn't look massively comfortable under the attention.
7'
IMPORTANT BLOCK FROM SERGI ROBERTO! Cavani peels away at the back post and chests down with an assured touch after latching on to a diagonal cross. The Uruguayan then pulls the trigger with an attempt aimed towards the near corner, but the Barca defender comes in with the vital interception before Di Maria blazes over.
5'
Outstanding work from Ter Stegen as the German proactively comes way off his line to intercept a ball through which Matuidi strives to get on the end of. Barca actually got themselves into a bit of a mess there, but were bailed out impressively by their man between the sticks.
3'
A. Rabiot gets yellow.
We are only three minutes into the game but already we have our opening booking. Deservedly so, too, as Rabiot completely takes out Neymar down the left wing after the Brazilian had opened up his stride with a lung-bursting run into space.

We are under way in the French capital! Who can take the first-leg advantage?
Good evening football fans! Welcome to LIVE coverage of the UEFA Champions League last-16 first-leg encounter between Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona from the Parc des Princes.
Europe's premier club competition is back, and what a way to kick-off the knockout stages than with a meeting of two of the tournament's juggernauts. PSG and Barca are no strangers to each other at this stage of the Champions League in recent seasons, and revenge is certainly on the cards for the French outfit.
TEAM NEWS...
In the group stage, PSG were in alongside Basel, Ludogorets, and the eventual group winners, Arsenal. Unai Emery's outfit made an impressive start to the competition proper and took a commanding lead of the table, but a disappointing 2-2 draw against the Bulgarian side in the last fixture in December ultimately extinguished their chances of finish top, leading the way to a fixture against Barcelona in the process.
PSG subs: Areola, Maxwell, Aurier, Lucas Moura, Pastore, Ben Arfa, Nkunku.
Barcelona subs: Cillessen, Rakitic, Denis Suarez, Rafinha, Alcacer, Digne, Mathieu.
Barcelona (4-3-3): Ter Stegen; Sergi Roberto, Pique, Umtiti, Alba; Iniesta, Andre Gomes, Busquets; Messi, Suarez, Neymar.
The teams are making their way to the pitch and we are almost ready for kick-off!
Overall in the tournament, PSG have faced the Catalan side three times in the knockout stages. The Ligue 1 outfit narrowly ran out winners in the quarter-finals in 1995, but the two subsequent fixtures in 2013 and 2015 have belonged to Barcelona with the latter in particular damaging to PSG as over two legs the aggregate score ended up being 5-1 in favour of the Blaugrana.
Luis Enrique and his charges were comprehensive winners of Group C up against Manchester City, Borussia Monchengladbach, and Celtic, with the only dropped points coming in an away defeat against the Premier League side. They will fancy their chances against PSG as they have managed to find the back of the net in every tie in history between the two.
Half-time in Paris. PSG have been massively impressive in the opening 45 minutes as they head into the break with a 2-0 lead over Barcelona thanks to goals from Angel Di Maria and Julian Draxler. Barca simply have not turned up so far, but the second period is still to come.
Full-time at the Parc des Princes. PSG have put themselves in an outstanding position to knock Barcelona out of the Champions League at the last-16 stage as they record an emphatic 4-0 first-leg victory after goals from Edinson Cavani, Julian Draxler, and a brace from Angel Di Maria. Luis Enrique's men absolutely awful on the night. Thanks for joining us, see you next time!
