It's all fizzled out here at the London Stadium. Manchester City will return home next weekend looking to break Chelsea's win record in a single Premier League season when they host Huddersfield - a record they equalled with today's victory.
90'
There will be just three minutes added on at the end of this match.
88'
Excitement builds as City win a free-kick on the edge of the penalty area, knowing they're one strike away from equalling the Premier League goal record. Loyal servant Toure is the one to take, but his effort deflects off the wall and behind for a corner. Anti-climactic.
86'
With time winding down, there's been a mass exodus off West Ham supporters in the London Stadium. There's a ton of empty seats all over the place, as City continue their passing exhibition.
82'
The Hammers need to avoid getting discouraged by this result. City have ripped apart better teams than them all season. David Moyes needs to rally his troops for a quick turnaround, with points now at a real premium over the final three matches in their quest for survival.
80'
L. Nmecha enters the game and replaces Gabriel Jesus.
Nineteen-year-old City academy product Lukas Nmecha comes on for his Premier League debut, replacing Jesus.
77'
Ogbonna and Rice combine to deny Jesus an easy tap-in from five yards after Fernandinho beat Adrian to the ball to tee up the striker. City's class has really shined through in this second half, leaving the Hammers bruised and tattered.
75'
City are into their familiar passing routine now, playing keep-away from West Ham as they look to milk the clock. The points are in the bag and the Premier League wins and goals record are on the horizon - both of which should be broken next weekend with Huddersfield visiting the Etihad.
71'
Y. Touré enters the game and replaces İ. Gündoğan.
A second City change sees Yaya Toure replace Gundogan.

Description
68'
That's 102 Premier League goals for Manchester City this season, one shy of Chelsea's record. They could reach that milestone here today, or even surpass it. They're going to get the record, all that's left to be known is exactly when they do it.
66'
J. Hernández enters the game and replaces M. Lanzini.
A. Masuaku enters the game and replaces P. Evra.
And finally, Masuaku replaces Evra.
Chicharito comes on at the expense of Lanzini.
65'
João Mário enters the game and replaces E. Fernandes.
Wholesale changes from West Ham - three to be exact. Mario replaces Fernandes here with the first.
64'
Fernandinho has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by R. Sterling.
That's three assists today for Sterling.
ONE AWAY FROM THE RECORD! Another clinical City attack which is spear-headed by Sterling! The winger drives forward and pulls it back for Fernandinho, who produces a terrific first-time finish to put this match to bed!
63'
The wheels are starting to come off a bit for West Ham. Momentum was firmly on their side coming out of the break, but they've been a distant second-best since the restart and are in danger of letting this get out of hand.
61'
Danilo enters the game and replaces K. Walker.
A first change of the afternoon sees City bring on Danilo with Walker, who is limping a bit, giving way.
59'
West Ham are struggling to get out of their own half here, as their spell in the ascendancy has been completely halted following that third City goal. The hosts may need to go for broke soon if they are to salvage something from this match, with both Carroll and Chicharito available off the bench.
57'
NO PENALTY?! Sterling drives forward again in the penalty area before cutting back and quite clearly being taken to ground by Cresswell. There was really obvious contact from the defender, but somehow the decision has gone against Sterling! That's a shocking decision.
53'
Gabriel Jesus has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by R. Sterling.
That's a lovely assist by Sterling, his second of the match.
CITY RESTORE THEIR TWO-GOAL LEAD! Sterling bursts down the right, cuts inside of Cresswell and threads a terrific ball through for Jesus who makes no mistake from six yards! That's 101 goals for City in the Premier League this season, two shy of Chelsea's record of 103.
50'
Otamendi conceded a foul late in that first half, while already on a yellow. He likely picked up a final warning and West Ham know it. Arnautovic is hanging tight to him, clearly an area West Ham are looking to attack in the hopes of getting him sent off.
48'
Arnautovic goes in hunt of a quick equaliser, running through onto a ball over the top. He twists and turns in the area with a defender to beat, but can't quite sort out his footing to get a shot off as the chance goes begging.
46'
Here we go again!
45' +4
HALF-TIME: WEST HAM 1-2 MANCHESTER CITY.
45' +2
MASSIVE STOP! Two strong hands from Adrian as he dives across to parry a blistering effort from Sterling, who did very well to carve out space for a shot! That's got the fans cheering even louder, as it's growing deafening inside the London Stadium!
45'
There will be FOUR minutes added on at the end of this first half...
44'
The bubbles are flying around the London Stadium now as these supporters have been rejuvenated! West Ham have a spring in their step and belief is coursing through them! All the momentum is on the side of the hosts as they chase down an equaliser before the interval.
42'
A. Cresswell has scored a goal for West Ham United!
WEST HAM RIGHT BACK IN IT! Well it should have been a penalty, but it matters little in the end as Cresswell takes the free-kick quite exquisitely, bending a delicious free-kick in at the near post, out of the reach of Ederson! That was inch-perfect!
41'
SHOULD BE A PENALTY! Gundogan is penalised for a foul on Fernandes, with the referee awarding a free-kick on the edge of the box, but that foul clearly occured in the penalty area! If there was VAR available here, that would absolutely be awarded as a penalty!
39'
IT WON'T COUNT! Ederson far too calm on the ball and it nearly costs him dearly! A heavy touch from the keeper welcomes Arnautovic to pounce, and he makes no mistake slotting the ball into the empty net, but it's called back for a foul on the keeper! That's a bit of a soft decision.
37'
N. Otamendi gets yellow.
Otamendi is booked for a cynical challenge on Lanzini. The attacker had him beat and that prompted the City centre-half to stick a leg out to halt the run. It's a professional foul and a clear booking for him.
35'
A slip from Rice allows Sane to pounce as he bursts forward, played through by Jesus, but a heavy touch from the attacker allows Adrian out to close down the angle as he forces City to settle for a corner. Evra caught Jesus late in the build-up there and is lucky not to have been issued a caution.
33'
Only once in their last seven Premier League matches has West Ham scored twice, in a 3-0 win over bottom-three Southampton. City are an entirely different monster, which leaves one wondering if there's any way back here for the Hammers. Still plenty of time to play, but can they score twice, all while keeping City from adding to their tally?
31'
Kouyate is staring down at the ball as he clatters into Laporte. The West Ham midfielder knew little about it as he takes a hard shot. There was nothing in that from Laporte, but it's certainly left Kouyate startled here as he stays down and requires treatment.
27'
P. Zabaleta is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
MANCHESTER CITY HAVE REACHED 100 PREMIER LEAGUE GOALS! A landmark tally, yet it's not one of their own who scores it! De Bruyne sprints toward the byline and drives a low delivery across the face of goal and Rice is taken by surprise as he turns it into his own goal!
25'
City back on the ball here as they look to halt West Ham's momentum. The champions have an uncanny ability of lulling their opponents to sleep on the ball and then pouncing with ferocity - something the hosts need to be more wary of here.
23'
The Hammers are doing a much better job of funneling the ball up towards Arnautovic and Lanzini. City have taken their foot off the gas a bit and they're coming under some pressure as a result - though that has yet to translate to chances for the hosts.
21'
The hosts have responded well since falling behind. They've spent a bit more time on the ball, with their possession definitely coming higher up the pitch. They need to keep this momentum going.
17'
VITAL FROM EDERSON! Arnautovic and Lanzini with some excellent interplay on the right as the latter is played through into the area and drives a delivery across goal for Cresswell, but Ederson does so well to get a crucial touch to turn it away! Pressure stays on and the hosts win a free-kick, but City are able to see away the threat!
15'
West Ham have it all to do now. It was always going to be a difficult task for them, but it's just got all the more daunting. Defeat today would leave their hopes of survival under real threat.
13'
L. Sané has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by R. Sterling.
Sterling provides the assist.
CITY TAKE THE LEAD AT THE LONDON STADIUM! You could almost hear a pin drop in east London as Sane's strike from just over 20 yards takes a generous deflection off Evra to leave Adrian wrong-footed as it drifts in at the far post!
11'
Despite all their time spent on the ball, City have yet to penetrate this West Ham defence or prompt Adrian into action. That's something for the Hammers to hang their hats on, though they need to translate that into a bit of confidence going forward.
7'
West Ham are set up with six across at the back, with Kouyate joining the three centre-halves and two wing-backs. Noble is playing a bit higher up, with Fernandes and Lanzini, but this is very much a defensive set-up from the hosts.
5'
While there's no team in England better at keeping the ball, there's also likely none better at winning it back than Manchester City, who are so quick to recover when conceding possession. It's been a tough ask of West Ham to get on the ball in the early going.
3'
Possession firmly at the feet of City in the opening minutes, largely due to the fact that West Ham seem content on allowing it. The hosts win the ball back at one point and boot it forward for Arnautovic, but the forward is all alone up top as he quickly gives the ball straight back.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! West Ham in claret and blue as they get the match underway, with Manchester City in sky blue and white.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of this Premier League match as West Ham welcome Manchester City to the London Stadium!
Results did not go West Ham’s way on Saturday as they have been dragged right back into the thick of the relegation scrap, just three points up on the bottom three.
Victory today and David Moyes’ side would be all but safe, but another defeat would put them up against it with three matches to play – at Leicester, v Manchester United and v Everton.
While Manchester City have already wrapped up the Premier League title, Pep Guardiola’s side have plenty left to play for as they aim to make this a record-breaking campaign.
Over their final four games the champions need six points for a record haul in a Premier League campaign, and six goals for a record tally in a PL season. You wouldn’t be wise to bet against them achieving either.

Pep Guardiola makes four changes from last week's 5-0 drubbing of Swansea City. Fernandinho returns having served his two-match ban, while Walker, Otamendi and Sane are restored in the XI, replacing Danilo, Vincent Kompany, David and Bernardo Silva.
Champions Manchester City opened a 2-0 lead with a pair of goals going in off West Ham players, but the hosts have since responded - Aaron Cresswell halving the deficit with a lovely free-kick right before the interval that has West Ham in the ascendency and the supporters back in it at the London Stadium. It's brilliantly poised for the second half.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
Another clinical display from the champions as they cruise to victory at the London Stadium to equal Chelsea's win record for a single Premier League season, while becoming the fastest side to reach 100 goals in a top-flight campaign in the Premier League era. Records are meant to be broken - a saying Pep Guardiola's side have taken all too literally this season.
