Blocked, then skied! Well that was the last chance for Chelsea to make things nervy for Spurs as Barkley has a good look from 15 yards, but Aurier gets a block in! Alonso arrives to follow up, stepping forward with a good sight of goal, but he slices his effort miles over!
90'
There will be a minimum of four minutes added on at the end of this match - likely not enough for Spurs to feel uncomfortable with their lead.
88'
Whiskers over! Well how nervy of a finish would it have been had that gone it?! Just a bit of complacency from Spurs allows Pedro a shooting chance from the edge of the area, but his effort fizzes narrowly over the bar!
87'
H. Winks enters the game and replaces D. Alli.
Spurs' second change sees Winks come in to ensure they see this out, as he replaces Alli.
85'
O. Giroud has scored a goal for Chelsea! Assist by César Azpilicueta.
CHELSEA PULL ONE BACK! 3-1! It's likely too little, too late for the Blues, but that will at least spoil the clean sheet for Spurs as Giroud coolly slots home a header on the end of Azpilicueta's delightful delivery.
An inch-perfect cross from Azpilicueta - the sort of delivery Chelsea have been waiting all night for - sees him provide the assist.
82'
Into the final 10 minutes and there's almost no tempo to speak of now. Chelsea supporters have flocked out of Wembley in numbers, while the Spurs faithful are still inside the ground and in full voice. They want to soak in every second of this.
78'
É. Lamela enters the game and replaces Son Heung-Min.
Spurs opted to hold off on their change, waiting for the next stoppage so Son can go off on his own to a lovely ovation from these Spurs supporters as he makes way for Lamela.
76'
O. Giroud enters the game and replaces Willian.
Giroud comes on to replace Willian with what is a final roll of the dice for Chelsea.
74'
With Dier down in a bit of pain, Kane boots the ball out of play for a stoppage and that will allow both teams to make changes here with just over 15 minutes still to play.
Minute
Description
72'
Jorginho gets yellow.
Jorginho cynically goes through the back of Alli to try and win the ball and that will see him into the book. It's yellow for the Chelsea midfielder.
70'
Chelsea appear to have no interest in playing this out. Spurs are having their way in attack, and again the Blues are let off the hook by a missed opportunity as Alli lifts an effort over from 15 yards. Sarri will be livid with how his side have performed here, and it's a big three points dropped as they fall further behind City and Liverpool in the title race.
68'
HE'S MISSED IT! Of all the people Spurs would have wanted that to fall to, Kane would be top choice. Sissoko serves it up on a plate for the striker, but he skies his effort from eight yards with the goal at his mercy!
66'
Alli has been directly involved in eight goals in six games in all comps versus Chelsea (6 goals, 2 assists).
64'
CLOSER! Better from the visitors, as Barkley finds a pocket of space and floats a terrific cross in for Kante, but the midfielder just fails to get the decisive touch as it sails maybe an inch over his head and behind for a goal-kick!
62'
The tempo has dropped off a fair bit, with Chelsea settled into possession once again, but again struggling to get it forward into any dangerous areas. A goal in the next 10 minutes would at least make things a bit tense and uncomfortable for Spurs, but they don't look like scoring at the moment.
60'
Into the final 30 minutes and barring a drastic change from Chelsea, this one looks to have a rather anti-climactic finish. It's been Spurs' best performance of the season thus far, and it comes at a great time as it provides them with a massive vote of confidence ahead of Inter's visit on Wednesday.
58'
Pedro enters the game and replaces Álvaro Morata.
R. Barkley enters the game and replaces M. Kovačić.
Barkley has 30 minutes to help salvage a bit of respect for Chelsea, as he replaces Kovacic.
Pedro is also on, at the expense of Morata. Chelsea will play without a true striker the rest of the way.
54'
Son Heung-Min has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by D. Alli.
Alli provides the assist, but that was all in the individual effort from Son.
ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL! SPURS LEAD 3-0! Son does absolutely remarkably, picking the ball up at the halfway line, sprinting beyond Jorginho and then cutting inside of David Luiz far too easily before finishing easily from eight yards! That should do it!
50'
Chelsea have completely dominated possession since the restart, and their threat is slowly growing. Alonso meets a free-kick at the far post and heads back into the danger area, but the end result is a strike that sails over the bar from 10 yards.
48'
No changes in personnel at the break, but Chelsea will certainly be needing a change in their approach. They have started this second half on the front foot, but again it's all a bit stale from them once they get into the final third. It's only going to get tougher for them too, as Spurs will surely settle more and more into defence.
46'
Back underway in the second half!
45' +3
E. Hazard gets yellow.
Hazard's frustrations culminate at the stroke of half-time as he's booked for a foul on Davies, catching the defender in the air. A sarcastic smile rests on his face, as he starts to make his way over to the tunnel for the break.
HALF-TIME: TOTTENHAM 2-0 CHELSEA.
45'
Hazard is denied another appeal from a penalty as he's tripped up by Sissoko, though this one wasn't as strong as the earlier one involving Foyth. The fourth official indicates there will be a minimum of two minutes added on at the end of this match.
43'
Chelsea camped out in attack as their domination of possession has only increased, but they're still not managing to penetrate this Spurs defence. Surely Sarri will be eager to get his side into the break to make a couple of necessary tactical changes - and perhaps give them a stern talking to.
39'
You would expect a bit better from Eriksen! Spurs break threateningly with Chelsea lacking numbers in defence. Eriksen has options in the centre, but fails to tee up Son or Alli as he passes it straight at Luiz who manages to clear the threat.
37'
That's what Chelsea need more of. Hazard takes on the entire Spurs defence and comes out unscathed, as he runs half the length of the pitch when he had no business doing so, forcing Lloris into a smart save at his near post.
35'
Chelsea are up over 55 per cent possession now, and have probably enjoyed closer to 70 per cent over the last 10 minutes, but they just don't appear with it. Mentally it's like they need a kick in the pants to get going.
33'
Chelsea remain in the ascendancy, but it's proving a slower process than they would like. The visitors are just a bit out of sorts in attack, struggling to pick out the required passes once they get into the final third. They just don't seem to have their focus today.
31'
WIDE! Brutal from Kovacic, who has time to send in a cross but opts to try a rabona delivery, which does nothing but gift Spurs a break. Son leads the charge and has options in Kane and Eriksen, but selfishly opts to go at it alone, bending an effort wide of the far post!
27'
Better from Chelsea, but not good enough as Morata is presented with a big chance on the end of a cross in at the near post, only to be denied by the offside flag. Chelsea really need to start showing more initiative and determination in possession.
25'
Kante, celebrating signing a new Chelsea deal this week, has struggled a great deal thus far. He's managed just six passes, completing only four of them. He's hardly factored in yet in possession, while his defensive cover has been poor.
21'
Before today Chelsea had conceded just one away goal in the Premier League in five matches under Sarri, and none since August. They have looked all out of sorts at the back today, however, already doubling that tally and are looking like conceding again here.
19'
A. Rüdiger gets yellow.
Chelsea are in big trouble if they don't get themselves sorted in a hurry. Rudiger goes into the book now for a cynical foul on Kane on the flank, as the Blues' struggles in defence continue.
16'
H. Kane has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by C. Eriksen.
SPURS DOUBLE THEIR ADVANTAGE! 2-0! It's a terrific hit from 25 yards, but that really shouldn't have even made it to goal as Luiz gets out of the way of Kane's strike, fooling Kepa who is caught flat-footed and can only watch on as the ball bounces in at the near post! Disaster for Chelsea!
Eriksen provides the assist, his second of the match as he's making the most of his first Premier League start since September.
14'
Penalty appeals denied! Foyth conceded a pair of spot-kicks against Wolves in his debut, and he's really lucky not to concede another here with a barge into the back of Hazard in the penalty area! He sends the attacker toppling over, making no contact with the ball whatsoever, but Martin Atkinson surprisingly isn't interested!
12'
Better from Chelsea, as they work the ball across the pitch and into the path of an unmarked Azpilicueta, but the right-back's cross just fails to find the head of Willian as Foyth is able to clear!
10'
Chelsea have stumbled out of the gate here at Wembley and they have been duly punished. Their unbeaten record under Sarri is under threat now, as they have their work cut out for them.
8'
D. Alli has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by C. Eriksen.
SPURS HAVE THE EARLY LEAD! Alli loves scoring against Chelsea, and he's got another here! An absolutely exquisite delivery from Eriksen sees him pick out Alli with his free-kick, and the England international makes no mistake to glance his header just beyond the reach of Kepa!
The perfect delivery from Eriksen made that all possible, as he provides the assist.
5'
Better from Chelsea! After Kane sees a tame header deflected safely into the arms of Kepa, the visitors respond with a tidy move on the break. Morata sneaks in front of Foyth to meet Willian's cross in from the right, but he just lifts his first-time effort high of the goal.
3'
A very positive start from Spurs sees them win a pair of corners inside of 60 seconds. Nothing comes of them, before a poor kick out from the back from Kepa affords the hosts another chance, but it goes begging as Aurier strays needlessly into an offside position.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Spurs in their traditional white tops and dark-blue shorts as they get the match underway, with Chelsea in their yellow away strip.
The Blues come into the match in third place, Spurs in fourth, with the pressure on each of them to claim maximum points to avoid falling further behind Manchester City and Liverpool, both of whom won earlier today.
Maurizio Sarri has yet to lose in the Premier League since being appointed as Chelsea manager, but faces arguably his toughest test yet as they visit Spurs – their first away trip of the season to face one of the ‘big six’ sides.
This London rivalry has blossomed into one of the most bitter in the country over the past couple of decades, with each set of supporters growing to loathe one another, and the intensity will be magnified today with just one point separating the two sides in the standings.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of this Premier League match as title hopefuls Tottenham and Chelsea clash at Wembley Stadium!

SUBS: Olivier Giroud, Pedro, Andreas Christensen, Davide Zappacosta, Willy Caballero, Cesc Fabregas, Ross Barkley.
CONFIRMED TEAM NEWS:
With creativity lacking and Chelsea struggling to penetrate the Spurs defence, it's possible one or both of Ross Barkley or Cesc Fabregas could be called upon off the bench. Olivier Giroud and Pedro could also be options for Maurizio Sarri, while Spurs could turn to Harry Winks to help solidify things in midfield.
Dele Alli and Harry Kane have Spurs comfortably ahead at the interval as Chelsea are punished for their sluggish start at Wembley. Eden Hazard has had a pair of penalty appeals denied at the other end, but that's been about the bulk of the excitement from the Blues in attack, with Kepa Arrizabalaga producing a few vital saves to keep Chelsea in it.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
